Congratulations to our 2023 Mayor of Malarky, Jim "Monko" Johnston! 

Monko has been a true friend to the Mahoning Valley Irish Festival, and he was chosen unanimously as our inaugural Mayor of Malarky.  Jim's joy for life, pride in his Irish heritage, love of the Mahoning Valley and overall good--guy nature have endeared him to the hearts of many.
